Obituary

William Kitchin, fondly known as "Billy", was born on September 25, 1963, in Woodbury. He was the youngest of four children of Neil & Sally Kitchin. He expressed memories of his childhood years with warmth and love.

William and Eleanor enjoyed 30 wonderful years together, having met in 1992 and wed in 1993. William always felt blessed to be a part of the lives of his three stepchildren: Megan Valyou, Alison Harris and her husband John Harris and Mathew Dutcavich. The family continued to grow with the arrival of four grandchildren, Patrick Valyou, Claire Valyou, Samantha Harris and Ryan Harris.

William's passion shined in all he did, from his passion for cooking, his creative and kooky artistic ideas and his love for living each day, especially during his annual trips to Aruba. He took great pride in work as a union welder, and in the never-ending renovating and fixing the house he shared with his family. He also shared his wife's love for animals of all kinds, helping with the care of the many dogs, cats, birds and other animals over the years.

We have been honored to have a held a place in the life of such a unique and passionate man. Billy will be forever in out hearts.
