Vincent DiFrancesco of Fishkill passed away on March 29, 2016 in Minnessota.  He was 84.

Born on April 20, 1931 in Ossining to the late Paul and Grace Cichella DiFrancesco.

Vincent lived for his family, an incredible father who worked hard his whole life, sometimes 3 jobs at a time.

He proudly served in the US Navy in naval aviation  from 1951-1954 in VP-24, the Batmen.

He especially loved his children and grandchildren, his family in Italy, good Italian food, singing "Mama", poetry

He was intelligent, funny, loving, gentle and loyal. He is survived by his c hildren: Dina Curran and her husband David, Bridget Tracy and , Mia DiFrancesco

Grandchildren: Cory, Eric, Kyle, Francesca ( Jeronimo), Kent and many nieces and nephews.

He rests in peace with his beloved wife, Betty, his precious son, Terrence, Siblings Eva, Carmen and Dora.

Friends may call on Saturday morning 8am-9:30am at Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Home, 1028 Main Street, Fishkill.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday April 9, 2016 at 10am at St. Mary, Mother of The Church, Fishkill.  Interment will follow in Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
