Stephen Brunetti of Fishkill passed away peacefully on October 12, 2015 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He was 87. Born on July 13, 1928 in Bronx, NY to the late Luigi and Maria Amerio Brunetti. Stephen was a self Employed Roofer and in his early career worked for the NYPD as a Wagon Operator. He was an avid golfer, fisherman and enjoyed singing. He was also known as a handyman to his family and friends. He is survived by his loving children Catherine Brunetti, Stephen Brunetti and his wife Mary, and John Brunetti and his wife Gail. Cherished grandchildren Christine Balaguer and her husband Derek, James Clifford, Kathleen Brunetti, Stephen Brunetti, Patrick Brunetti, Clarice Muron Bendaoud, Nicole Brunetti, and Michael Brunetti. Loving Great Granddaughter Bridgette Riley Balaguer. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Catherine Brunetti in 2006 and 2 sisters. Friends may call on Thursday October 15, 2015 from 4-8pm at Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Home, 1028 Main St, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday October 16, 2015 at 10:00am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, Fishkill. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla.
