Sharon Mateo Villareal, age 41, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center after a long illness. She was born August 1, 1981. She married Rob Villareal on May 28, 2004. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She is survived by her husband Rob; her brothers Jet & Tabs Mateo; her children, Russell, Reuri and Sydney; stepdaughter Rylee and granddaughter Amryn.  Sharon has touched a lot of people's lives and will be missed greatly.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 16 from 2 -4 and 7 -9 pm at Parmele, Auchmoody & Schoonmaker Funeral Home, 110 Fulton Av., Poughkeepsie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, December 17 at 10 am from St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson St., Fishkill. Cremation will follow at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
