Rosemarie Moran, a resident of Fishkill, passed away on August 14, 2015 at home. She was 81. Born on February 21, 1934 in New York, New York to the late Adam and Rosa Noe Breitinger, she grew up in the Bronx and attended Immaculata High School in Manhattan, graduating as class valedictorian. After working in New York City as a secretary, she married and moved to Union, NJ where she was a resident for over 43 years. She later worked for a number of firms as a secretary and administrative assistant in northern New Jersey, finishing up her career at Verrex in Mountainside, NJ. She was a member of the Fishkill Seniors, a volunteer at the Nifty Thrifty Shop and enjoyed playing bingo, walking and reading. Rosemarie is survived by her loving children Timothy P. Moran and his wife Maria Aurora and Thomas M. Moran and his wife Leslie Jungemann. She also leaves behind three cherished grandchildren: Erin, Andrew, and Emma Moran. Rosemarie was predeceased by her sister Eleanor in 2011. Friends may call on Sunday August 23, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Home 1028 Main St, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday August 24, 2015 at 10am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, Fishkill. Entombment will follow in Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
