Rose C. "Rosie" Lott, 92, of Millbrook, passed away Friday, October 31st at Sharon Hospital in Connecticut. Rose was born February 18th, 1933, in Millbrook, NY, the daughter of Joseph and Maria (Faiola) Cardinale.

Rose, whom we lovingly referred to as "the Mayor of Millbrook", worked in this community since she graduated high school, most notably at Bennett College and Charles Still Plumbing Company, where she served as the office manager for over 30 years. Rose was a devout Catholic, with strong love for Jesus and Mary. There isn't a person who met her that didn't feel her love, generosity, and care.

In addition to her parents, Rose was predeceased by siblings Norman and Civitina Cardinale.

Survivors include her two beloved daughters, Diane Burchill and Cynthia Harvey; and brother Thomas "Tommy" Cardinale. Rose was the loving grandmother of Michael, Steven, Dian, Richard, Lauren, Mark, Mary, and Matthew. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Rose's funeral mass at 11 a.m., Monday, November 10, in St. Joseph's Church, 15 North Ave, Millbrook, NY, 12545. Internment services will follow at St. Joseph's parish cemetery after mass.
