Robert "Bob" M. Archambault, age 86 of Millbrook, passed away on November 7th, 2021 at his home. Robert was born on December 14th, 1934 in Dover Plains, NY and was the son of Julia Ferris Archambault & Edward D. Archambault.
In 1955 Robert started work for New York State Hospital as a Hospital Attendant & Carpenter until his retirement in 1987 (almost 33 years).  Robert married the love of his life Wauneta "Neta" Mailman Archambault in1956.  Later that same year Robert then enlisted in the Army as a Neuropsychiatric Specialist. Robert belonged to the local Seniors and also the Moose Lodge.

Robert enjoyed food, working with wood, hunting, fishing and music. He cherished special memories with his childhood friend in 5th grade Raymond "Dutchie" Barrows.
Robert was predeceased by the love of his life Wauneta, mother, Julia Ferris Archambault, father, Edward Archambault, sister, Beatrice Archambault and brother Leo Archambault. Robert will be missed terribly by his niece Sherry and husband Kenneth Williams, Diane and Roger Muller, sister-in-law, Gladys Archambault and several grand and great grand nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial gathering at Allen Funeral Home, 3270 Franklin Ave., Millbrook on Saturday, November 13th, 2021 at 9:00a.m. for family and friends to say goodbye. We will then continue onto his final resting place at The Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newburgh.
