Richard W. Carroll, 75, of Fishkill passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, October 13, 2016. He was born on November 18, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Walter and Florence Carroll.

Richard graduated from St. Francis Xavier Prep School in Brooklyn. He later moved to New Rochelle. After graduation he enlisted in the National Guard and became a Sergeant.

While working at National Utility Service in Manhattan, he met Barbara Colucci, whom he married in New Rochelle. Together they moved to Fishkill and spent 44 years together.

Richard is survived by his wife Barbara Carroll; sister, Patricia and her husband Robert Genovese of Naples, FL; 3 Aunts; sister in law, Patricia Klotzko of White Plains; brother in law, George and his wife Linda Colucci of Rhode Island; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 11 am from St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Jct., NY 12533.
