Richard H. Bodin, 66, of Pleasant Valley, passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday, November 6th. He was Born on December 26,1957 to Walter and Catherine Bodin.

He worked many years at IBM in East Fishkill in Emergency Control. He also was a volunteer fire fighter for Pleasant Valley Fire Department, and very much a big member of the N2EYH, HAM radio club in the Hudson Valley and Mount Beacon.

Richard was raised in Pleasant Valley and made a life together with Anna Monroe. He will be missed by all.

Richard is survived by his wife, Anna; daughter, Georgia and her husband, Jeremy; grandchildren, Matthew and Angelina; his sister, Barbara Mall and her husband, Michael; nieces, Lisa and Sarah and nephews, Christopher and John

He was predeceased by his father, Walter Sr; mother, Catherine (Sloat) Bodin; brother, Walter Jr and grandson, Austin.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 12th, 2024 from 4-7pm at Allen Funeral Home, 1605 Main St., Pleasant Valley, NY 12569.
