Peter N. Piotroski, 79, of Millbrook passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. Peter was born in Greenwich Connecticut on August 20, 1941 to the late Edward and Dorothy (Ross) Piotroski. He grew up in Stamford Connecticut and eventually moved to Trumbull where he lived for 31 years. He spent his career working as an engineer for Pitney Bowes. He started working there at the age of 17 and worked at various locations in Connecticut until his retirement. After he retired, Pete and his wife, Nancy moved to Millbrook New York where they bought a horse farm. He enjoyed spending time with their Percheron, Dodger. He had many outdoor hobbies, including flying model planes that he built. He belonged to the Trumbull RC and the Dutchess RC flying clubs. He especially enjoyed working on farm projects and spending time on the farm. Pete also enjoyed photography and computers and devoted much of his time before and after his retirement to both hobbies. He is survived by his wife Nancy (Smith) Piotroski, his daughters Lynne Williams and Andrea Browning, his stepdaughter Kim Bridges and her husband Firas. He is also survived by his grandchildren Haley Piotroski, Cade Williams, Kaylee and Nicholas Bridges. He was predeceased by his parents and his stepson Rick Bridges.
