Patricia Norton's Obituary
Patricia Norton of Beacon passed away on July 25, 2016 at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was 80.
Born on January 26, 1936 in Beacon, New York to the late Joseph and Elizabeth Carroll Coone.
Patricia worked for New York Telephone as a telephone operator and Texaco Research prior to retirement.
She enjoyed vacationing to the ocean with her loved ones, spending time with her family especially her daughters and grandchildren, making sure they were all fed setting a great example of what a true Christian should be while loving unconditionally. She was an inspiration to her family and will be greatly missed, Her memory will live on forever. She was a devout member of St. Joachim Church and will always be remembered as a loving wife and mother.
Patricia is survived by her Loving daughters Paula Greene and her companion David Fuller, and Patricia Hiland, Cherished grandchildren Malinda Butler and her husband Drew, David Greene, Donald Hiland, Matthew Hiland, Andrew Hiland, and Crystal Fuller, One Great Granddaughter Serenity Greene. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Patricia was predeceased by her husband Richard Norton, Her Brothers Joseph and Tommy Coone and her sister Betty McAuliffe.
Friends may call on Thursday July 28, 2016 from 3-7pm at Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Home, 1028 Main Street, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday July 29, 2016 at 10am at St. Joachim Church, 51 Leonard Street, Beacon. Interment will follow in St. Joachim Cemetery/
