TOWN OF CLINTON Nancy Irene Rottmann, 89, a longtime resident of Clinton, NY passed away at Northern Dutchess Hospital surrounded by her family on Thursday, March 23, 2023 after a brief illness.

Nancy was born February 12, 1934 in Baltimore, MD. On April 16, 1955 in Baltimore, MD she married Bernard W. Rottmann Jr. who predeceased her on February 21, 2000. In 1962 Nancy and her husband moved to Dutchess County, NY where they later established B&R Specialties, a plastic design and manufacturing company, in 1984 in Staatsburg, NY.

Nancy loved the beach and enjoyed spending time with family and friends at their family home in Ocean City, MD. She also enjoyed her shopping excursions with her girls.

Nancy is survived by her two daughters, Deborah Rigolino (James), Barbara Rottmann Figliozzi (Mark), three grandchildren, Amanda Verven (Steve), Devin Rigolino (David), and Ryan Figliozzi (Kate), and four great grandchildren, Trevor, Travis, Troy, and Charlotte Verven . In addition to her husband, she was also predeceased by her grandson C.J. Rigolino .

There are no calling hours. A Christian mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 28 at St. Stanislaus Church in Pleasant Valley, NY with burial following at St. Peters Cemetery.

Donations may be made in Nancy's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
