Maureen A. "Mickey" Anthony, 81 of Poughkeepsie, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Born in Poughkeepsie on May 17, 1935, she was the daughter of Joseph and Regina Dibble Anthony and step daughter of Joseph F. Long. Mickey was a graduate of Arlington High School, Class of 1954 and following graduation began her career with IBM. She semi retired from IBM in 1990 as a Senior Lab Specialist and fully retired in 1998.

Mickey is survived by her lifetime partner, Diane Lawrence who resides at home; her sister in law, Virginia Anthony; her nephews, Wayne Anthony and Michael Anthony and his wife Kathy; her niece, Victoria Candage; several grand nieces and nephews and 3 special friends, Lynn Heuermann, Joan Leo and Arlene Fitzgerald.

There will be no calling hours. Graveside services will be held 11 am on Friday, May 19 at St. Peter's Cemetery, Poughkeepsie.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Parmele, Auchmoody & Schoonmaker Funeral Home, 110 Fulton Ave., Poughkeepsie.
