Marie Wisner's Obituary
Marie Wisner, 92, of Millbrook, passed away at home peacefully on Saturday, July 30, 2016. She was born in White Plains, to the late Joseph and Catherine Cotter Wisner. She spent most of her life in Mt. Vernon and moved to Millbrook in 2000. She enjoyed spending time with her family and helping raise her nieces and nephews. She also enjoyed putting together her many puzzles.
Marie is survived by her nieces and nephews; Robert Wisner, Barbara Jean Chesler, Kathleen Gloven. Helen Nieves, Betty Nieves, Patty Nieves, Billy Nieves and Kathy Nieves, other family members; Jane Wisner, Susan Wisner, Leann Wisner, Rob Wisner, Jennifer Wooley, her best friend and neighbor Mildred.
She was predeceased by her nephew Joseph Wisner, sisters and brother in laws; Harriet and Steve Wisner, nephew; Joseph Wisner and Barbara Wisner.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 2 to 4 PM & 7 to 9 PM, at Allen Funeral Home, 3270 Franklin Ave., Millbrook, NY 12545. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10 AM from St. Joseph's Church, 15 North Ave., Millbrook. Interment will be private.
