Kathryn "Kay" M. Dixon, 82, a longtime resident of LaGrangeville, passed away on August 7, 2021 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Kathryn was born on November 16, 1938 in Saugerties, NY, she was the daughter of Millard and Kathryn Stone Whitehead.
Kay attended Saugerties Schools and was a graduate of Saugerties High School. On April 12, 1958 at St. Mary of the Snow in Saugerties, Kay married John Dixon. Mr. Dixon predeceased her on September 1, 2018.

Kay is survived by her 3 children; Nancy Dixon, Linda Filiberti and Philip Keck and Mike Dixon and Linda  Osterhout Dixon; her grandchildren, Jessie, Kelly, Jamie, Chris, and Mike Floryan and Nikki Filiberti; her great granddaughter, Aria Tissiera; and her sister and brother-in-law, Helen and John Asgian. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Katie Filiberti and her brother James Whitehead.
Kay enjoyed gardening, trips to Maine and most of all her grandchildren and great grandchild.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, August 19 at 11 am in St. Peter's Cemetery.
