Jennifer Bixby's Obituary
Jennifer Bixby of Poughkeepsie passed away peacefully on March 4, 2016 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was 47.
Born on June 15, 1968 in Queens, New York.
Her brave fight against her illness was an inspiration to all.
Jennifer graduated from Roy C. Ketcham High School in 1986 and went on to pursue her education earning an associates degree from Dutchess Community College, a Bachelors Degree from Marist College and her Masters from Aldephi University. She was currently working for the Dutchess County Adult Protective Services in Poughkeepsie.
She worked selflessly to help people in our community that were the most in need.
She enjoyed exercising and could often be seen riding her bicycle on the Rail Trail.
Jennifer is survived by her loving children, Adam, Connor and Jonathan Bixby, Loving Father Edward Greevy,, Her
devoted
companion Mark Vandetta, Dear Brothers and Sisters Donna Cramer and her husband Geoff, Robert Church and his wife Donna, Thomas Greevy and Cathy Monteiro and her husband Bob,
Father of her children, Lance Bixby.
Nieces and nephews, Chelsea, Joshua, Zachary and Jacob Cramer, Corey Greevy, Nick, Andrew, Matthew and Jackson Monteiro, Her Aunt Elaine Nes
s and her husband John, Cousins Michele Bova and Lisa Beth Thiessen. Jennifer is also survived by her best friend Janet Karpisz
She was predeceased by her mother Christina Greevy and her birth father Robert Church.

Friends may call on Tuesday March 8, 2016 from 4-8pm at Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Home, 900 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
