Jane S. Muller, 93, a long-time resident of Millbrook, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 6th, at The Baptist Home at Brookmeade, Rhinebeck, NY. Jane was born August 24th, 1932, in New York City, the daughter of John and Johanna (Noack) Webber.
Jane worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for Sharon Hospital and as a Secretary for American Airlines. She was a graduate of Glen Cove Community Hospital School of Nursing, Katharine Gibbs School, and the Academy of Mount Saint Ursula Catholic High School in the Bronx. Jane was a devout Catholic, with strong love for Jesus and Mary. There isn't a person who met her that didn't feel her love and generosity, and care.
In addition to her parents, Jane was predeceased by her loving husband of 33 years, George Muller and her dear twin sister Joan Schwarz.
Jane is survived by her four beloved children: Eric Muller and his wife Trish; Susan McCann and her husband Harry; Alan Muller and his wife Janine; and Joanne Koch and her husband David. Jane was the loving grandmother of Kristina, Elizabeth, Emily, Stephen, Ashley, Michael, Patrick, Chelsea, and Mark. She was the loving great-grandmother of Josephine, Holden, Lillian, Alayna, Jacoby, Sawyer, Natalie, Ada, Nell, Nevaeh, Izaiah, Sydney, and Hendrick.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jane's calling hours on Friday, December 12th from 10 to 11 am at Allen Funeral Home, 3270 Franklin Ave., Millbrook, NY 12545. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, December 12th at 11:30 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church located at 15 North Ave., Millbrook, NY 12545. Interment will follow at St Mary's Catholic Cemetery, 84 Hunns Lake Rd., Stanfordville, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in the memory of Jane S. Muller, to Cardinal Hayes Home for Children, P.O. BOX CH. St. Joseph's Drive, Millbrook, NY 12545
