Gladys P. "Sissy" Williams of Verbank, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at home. Born in Milan, NY on August 21, 1931, she was daughter of the late Oscar and Minnie Wendover.
On November 27, 1953 at Verbank Methodist Church, she married the love of life George H. Williams Jr., who predeceased her on November 22, 2015.

She is survived by her 4 children; Kathleen Truex (Marshall) of Pleasant Valley, Sharon Machare (Joe) of Otis, MA., Charles Williams of Verbank and Ruth Kane of Wappingers Falls; her grandchildren, Boomer Labombard and fiancé Megan, Wayne Labombard, Steven Kane, Matt, Mitchell, Charlie, Sarah and Celina Williams, Barbara Labombard and Mike Rhodes, her great grandchildren, Cody and Austin, Preston, Zack, Emily and Maryella Labombard and Mikey, Hunter and Dakota Rhodes. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Gladys was predeceased by 3 brothers and 5 sisters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 25 from 11 am – 1pm at Allen Funeral Home, 3270 Franklin Ave., Millbrook. Interment will follow in Verbank Cemetery.
