Beloved Wife and Mother, Gail L. Maloney (66) of Pleasant Valley, NY went home to her Lord on September 25th, 2023 at home, after battling a long illness. She was born on February 18th, 1957 in Binghamton, NY. She is predeceased by her parents, Jean Lantz and Delbert M. Nash Jr.

She leaves behind her loving husband Richard Maloney of Pleasant Valley, NY, her beloved son Ryan and daughter-in-law Emma of Brooklyn, NY, her siblings Joanne Nash Vetter of Poughkeepsie NY, Dennis and Lyvia Nash of Pleasant Valley, NY, Debra Mahoney of Port Orange, FL, Donald and Peggy Nash of Port Orange, FL, Cindy and Phil Keller of Bradenton, FL, her sister-in-law Allison Wilcha of Verbank, NY along with a host of loved nieces, nephews, friends and long-time clients.

Gail found great pleasure in many things, a traveling hair-dresser by trade who logged countless miles visiting clients & friends. Gail was deeply spiritual and a true testament to the Lord's teachings, serving as a long-time volunteer and welcoming face for the Living Water Church in Lagrangeville, NY. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her beloved husband and son in Pleasant Valley, to whom she passes on her great love, sense of humor, resilience, and encyclopedic knowledge of the New York Yankees.

Her bright smile, bubbly personality and infectious laughter lit up any and every room she entered and impacted so many people. Self-less and caring, Gail would always prioritize offering support, love and an ear to any and all and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Her family would like to thank her many friends and Hudson Valley Hospice for their unending support during this difficult time.

Calling hours will be from 4-7pm on Friday, September 29th at Allen Funeral Home in Pleasant Valley, NY. A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday, September 30th at 11am at Living Water Church in Lagrangeville, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hudson Valley Hospice and Living Water Church in Lagrangeville,NY.
