Frances was a warm and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Frances loved singing country music and was often seen in high fashion wearing glitter and bling. She loved to play cards, crazy bingo and memory games with a table full of family. She was a devout Christian and had deep faith in the lord.
She is survived by her nine children and their spouses, Dawn Decker, Roland Jr. and Ligia Plain, Bonnie and Mickey Starzyk, Melodie Kunkel, Perry and Lynita Plain, Bryan and Ella Plain, Mary Plain and Tom Tiffany, Tracey Plain and Benjamin and Kristin Plain.
