Ethan George Tarantino, of Pleasant Valley, NY passed away unexpectedly on June 22, 2023 at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY. Born on November 3, 2020 at Vassar Brothers Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY to his parents,  Catlyn (Gruntler) and Allen Tarantino of Pleasant Valley, NY.

Ethan always enjoyed his firetrucks, ambulances, and garbage trucks. He enjoyed watching his dad mowing the lawn and weed whacking as well. He also enjoyed spending time with his two sisters whether it be playing with their toys or dancing and singing while watching movies and videos on their tablets. He was a mommy's boy but loving to everyone that knew him. He had the biggest heart to share and so much love to anyone he met. He will be remembered as the boy that smiled around the firetrucks and firehouse.

Ethan is survived by his parents, Catlyn and Allen Tarantino as well as his sisters, Skyler and Paisley Tarantino of Pleasant Valley, NY. His maternal grandparents, Donna (Donegan) and George Gruntler IV of Pleasant Valley, NY. His paternal grandparents, Aleta (Curran) and Harold Tarantino of Wingdale, NY as well as his great grandmother, Barbara Gruntler of Pleasant Valley, NY. He is also survived by his god parents, Amanda Eramo, Jamie Elmendorf, Eric Pierson, and Stephen Tarantino. He was very close to his cousins, Natalia Eramo and Joshua Tarantino. He also is survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins as well.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 27th, 2023, from 4pm to 7pm at Allen Funeral Home, 1605 Main Street Pleasant Valley, New York. With services to be held during visitation.
