Emily J. Peck, 86, entered into eternal rest on November 21, 2016. She was born December 19, 1929, in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, to the late Raymond and Shirley (Burdick) Haynes.

Emily was very devoted to her family, and enjoyed spending her life with them. She especially enjoyed playing Skip Bo with her grandchildren and daughter. She was steadfast in her faith, and was a 50 year plus member of the Fishkill United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Beacon Eastern Star.

She is survived by her devoted children; Reese (Julie) Peck, Alan (Vicky) Peck, and Lisa (James) Lynch. Her ten loving grandchildren and nine cherished great grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister Verna (Alfred) Tragis.

In addition to her parents Emily was predeceased by her daughter Cherie King, her son Jonathan Peck, and her sister Jacqueline.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 25, 2015 from 10:00am to 12:00pm, at the Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Home, 1028 Main Street, Fishkill, NY. A funeral service will be conducted at 12:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Newburgh.
