Dorothy Garay Rose a longtime resident of Fishkill and communicant of St. Mary, Mother of the church passed away on December 15, 2015 at Westchester Medical Center.  She was 89. Born on June 11, 1926 in Glastonbury, CT to the late Joseph and Sophie Condel Garay. Dorothy worked for Travelers Insurance in Hartford, Ct and later for Mid Hudson Medical Group in the OB/GYN office.  She married Douglas J. Rose on October 19, 1957, he passed away on March 8, 2005. She is survived by her brother John Garay, Her niece Susanne Scanlon, and nephew Donald Garay and several great nieces and nephews. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Douglas J. Rose in 2005 and her sister Nellie Phillips. Friends may call on Thursday December 17, 2015 from 4-6pm at Robert H.
