Donald Lee Parslow, 57, of Pleasant Valley, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Born in Poughkeepsie on June 9, 1958, he was the son of Kenneth and Evelyn Crowell Wheeler. On September 24, 2001 in Las Vegas, NV he married Janet Rubbinetti. Mrs. Parslow survives at home. He was employed as a manager/inspector at Hatfield Metal Fabrication Co. in Poughkeepsie for the past 27 years. In addition to,his wife, Donald is survived by his 2 daughters, Heather Wargo and her husband James of Pleasant Valley and Kari Foley and her husband Bill of Pine Plains; his 2 grandchildren, Carter and Paige Foley of Pine Plains; his sisters, Dottie Beck off CA. and Sherri Miller and her husband Leonard of MA., his brother, Michael Parslow and his wife Lori of GA., and several nieces and nephews. Donald loved to spend time with his grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, November 27 from 3-7 pm at Allen Funeral Home, 1605 Main St., Pleasant Valley. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made in Donald's memory to Pleasant Valley Rescue Squad.
