On April 16th, 2024 David Warren MacDonald passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family and friends. He was born January 5, 1939 in Sharon CT to the late Leon MacDonald and Stella (nee Moyer) MacDonald. From 1959 to 1963 he served in the US Air Force. On June 10, 1961 at St. Jospeh's Church, Millbrook NY, David married Edith (nee Sherow) MacDonald who survives at home. In addition, David is survived by his daughters Suzanne Padilla (Orlando), BethAnn Vara (Adolfo Nunez) and grandchildren Rafael Padilla, Gabriel Padilla and Chase David Vara. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made in David's honor to Hudson Valley Hospice

There will be Memorial Mass at St. Joseph's Church, Millbrook NY, on May 18th at 10am. Private burial following the mass.
