Daniel A. McKeever of Poughkeepsie passed away peacefully on May 26, 2016 at the Pines at Poughkeepsie.  He was 85.

Born on May 12, 1931 in New York City to the late Thomas and Catherine Mahony McKeever.

Daniel was a retired Truck Driver for Ryder Trucking in New Jersey.

He is survived by his children Carol Redding and her husband Dennis, James McKeever and his wife Theresa and Diane Mueller and her husband Carl.  Grandchildren Brian Redding and his wife Dana, Jason Redding and his wife Rita, Eric McKeever and his wife Kristen and Meaghan McKeever, Mark Mueller and Emily Mueller and her companion Greg Augustine.  Great grandchildren Ava, Sebastian, Reiley, Owen, Wyatt and Gavin.

Friends may call on Wednesday June 1, 2016 from 9-10am at Parmele Auchmoody & Schoonmaker Funeral Home, 110 Fulton Ave, Poughkeepsie.  A Funeral Service will follow at 10am at the funeral home with interment to follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, Poughkeepsie.
