Charles J. (Bud) Hadden, Jr, 76, a resident of Dover Plains previously of Verbank, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2021. Bud was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on July 18, 1945 to the late Charles and Carrie Hadden. He was retired from Audia Motors where he worked for over 25 years as a master mechanic and autobody tech. He was an avid car enthusiast, hunter and trapper.

On August 26, 1968 he married Alice M. Davis. Mrs. Hadden predeceased him on January 5, 2015. He is survived by his son, Charles "Buddy" Hadden, III and his fiance, Jill Towner of Gordonville, PA, his son Shawn Hadden and his fiance, Jessica Garrett of Millbrook, NY, his daughter-in-law Deborah Hadden, his grandchildren Shawn, Jr., Blaine, and Shane Hadden of Millbrook, NY, sisters-in-law Eva Fraleigh and Christine Wilcox of Florida, his companion Corrine Steutzel of Dover Plains, NY and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Monday, December 20 from 4-6 pm at Allen Funeral Home, 3270 Franklin Ave, Millbrook. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 21 at 11 am from the funeral home. Interment will follow in Verbank Cemetery.
