Carolyn Pecorella of Fishkill passed away peacefully on August 11, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family at the wise and cultured age of 70. Born on April 23, 1945 in Brooklyn NY to the late John and Mary Pecorella. Carolyn was a legal secretary for many years prior to her retirement. Carolyn grew up in Bensonhurst Brooklyn and graduated from Layfette High School. She enjoyed crafts and vacations with her daughter, dancing, knitting, gardening. Carolyn is survived by her beloved daughter Amanda Pecorella and close friend Joann Galluccio as well as many other dear loving friends. She was predeceased by her brother Glenn Pecorella. Friends may call on Friday August 14, 2015 from 2-9pm at Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Home 1028 Main St, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday August 15, 2015 at 10am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church. Interment will follow in Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
