Ann E. Rigney, of Poughkeepsie NY passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 after a brief illness.  She is predeceased by her mother Agnes Ryan Rigney, her father Edward F. Rigney, and her brother Mark E. Rigney all resided in Poughkeepsie. She is survived by her sister Susan Carroll from Waterford, NY, and her brother John Rigney from Holly Lake Ranch, TX. She is also survived by her two nephews, James and Brian Carroll of Waterford, NY.

Visitation will be held at Parmele, Auchmoody & Schoonmaker Funeral Home, 110 Fulton Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY on Monday, November 15 from 9:00 - 10:15 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial from St. Martin De Porres Church 118 Cedar Valley Road, Poughkeepsie. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Poughkeepsie.
