Andrew James McPeck of Millbrook, NY passed away peacefully on January 1, 2026. He was 91 years old.
Andrew was born on November 18, 1934 in Poughkeepsie, NY to Patrick McPeck and Florence (Galloway) McPeck.  He attended Poughkeepsie High School, served in the United States Navy and retired from a career at IBM. Thereafter, he enjoyed a second career at Marist College Security.
In June of 1956, he married Barbara Curran at Mount Carmel Church in Poughkeepsie, NY. Together they raised nine children.  He was a longtime parishioner of St. Joseph's Church in Poughkeepsie and most recently of St. Joseph's Church in Millbrook.
Andrew is survived by his wife of 69 years and his children; Andrew McPeck, Jr. and his wife Petrina of Poughkeepsie, NY; Allen McPeck of Wassaic, NY; Aaron McPeck and his wife Jennifer of Lagrangeville, NY; Mary Moran and her husband Kevin of Lagrangeville, NY; Kelly Murphy and her husband William of Millbrook, NY; Therese Cox and her husband Edward of Millbrook, NY. He was predeceased by his daughters, Tracy McPeck, Patricia Powers and Barbara Clum. Additionally, he is survived by sons-in-law Edward Powers of Stormville, NY and Jeff Clum of Lagrangeville, NY, 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at St. Joseph's Church, 15 North Avenue, Millbrook, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Joseph-Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, PO Box 439, Millbrook, NY 12545 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Arrangements have been entrusted to Allen Funeral Home, Millbrook.
